Job Description:
A prestigious Northwestern Medical Center is seeking an
Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Manager to lead their growing
outpatient surgery center. The Nurse Manager of the ASC will
oversee the planning, organizing and direction of opening this
3-room state of the art Surgery Center.The Nurse Manager of
Ambulatory Surgical Services will report directly to the Nurse
Director Perioperative Services: assisting in strategic
development, policy revisions, and planning of clinical budgets.
The Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager will collaborate with an
amazing staff of nationally recognized Surgeons, and manage a
motivated and experienced nursing and administrative staff. The
Surgery Center Nurse Manager will direct clinical operations for
this Award winning Medical Center specializing in Orthopedic,
Spine, Podiatry and Pain Management surgical procedures. The
Surgery Center Nursing Manager will not only oversee the day-to-day
operations, but will also occasionally assist in procedures. The
Surgery Center Clinical Manager will also: manage patient care
services, ensure a clinically safe environment, and uphold the
standards of the Joint Commission / OSHA. The Ambulatory Surgery
Nurse Manager will have complete oversight of the Center. The
Pediatric Surgery Nurse Manager will create policy and procedures
as well as participate in staff recruitment, retention, training
and evaluation. This remarkable Ambulatory Surgery Center is
