Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cashiering Analyst II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Ensures timely and accurate posting of funds to consumer accounts
via multiple payment mediums
Resolves research requests, completes return item reversals, and
processes unapplied funds and payments for liquidations
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains
up-to-date knowledge of internal policies and procedures
Required Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in cash management processes or relevant mortgage
servicing departments
Knowledge of cashiering processes, industry standards, and consumer
protection laws affecting escrow operations
Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center equipment/software
programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing
team
