Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Analyst to support
Collections and Recoveries teams through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze performance data using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and
Snowflake to deliver actionable recommendations
Enhance data infrastructure by structuring and integrating data
into scalable platforms
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports for performance
visibility
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, quantitative field, or
equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in data mining, query development,
and multi-system data integration
Experience in gathering data, analyzing findings, and delivering
actionable recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business
intelligence tools
Ability to work flexible schedules to support internal customer
requirements
