Volt is immediately hiring a Fulfillment Specialist in Spokane, Washington 99202

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for.

Sorting of inbound mails and inter-office mail and packages for a publicly held company.
Daily hand collating printed materials and hand stuffing the printed pieces into envelopes.
Interacting with internal "customers" and department representatives for mailing and shipping requests.
Occasional cash handling for personal customer mailings/shipments.
Distribution of mail/packages to various locations on a corporate campus using a mail cart.
Operating a postage meter to apply postage to outbound mail.
Utilize Ship Manager software for shipping requests.
Staging of inter-office mail and packages for courier pick up to other company locations.
Windows-based computer uses for verifying mail recipients in corporate directory.
Computer use for email correspondence (Outlook), and some required training courses.
Considerable time spent walking & standing.


Key skills:
High school diploma or equivalent


Location: Spokane, Washington 99202
Duration: 2 Months contract
Pay: $17.00/hr. - $19.00/hr.
Shift Timing- 1st shift. (08:00am to 04:30pm)
