Key Responsibilities
Oversee the User Experience design vision, strategy, and
execution
Collaborate with various functions to ensure cohesive
customer-facing experiences
Lead and mentor a design team, fostering career growth and a
collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Product or Graphic Design or equivalent
experience
15+ years of experience in designing and delivering
products/services
Minimum 5 years of experience leading design teams
Deep knowledge of user-centric design methods
Familiarity with web and mobile technologies and service design
