  • Shift: 5x8hr Days (Mon-Fri; Weekends not required)
  • Daily Patient Load: 1:50-60+ (1:1 patient care and group counseling)
  • Years of Experience REQ: At least 1 YR of experience working with geriatrics
  • First-Timers Accepted: Yes

  • Certs REQ: BLS
  • Skills REQ: Biopsychosocial assessment, Documentation and Care Planning
