• Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment
• Movement Disorder or Neuromuscular fellowship training preferred
• Must be willing to do some general neurology

  • Training in Neurodegenerative, Neuromuscular, Movement Disorder, or other neurology sub-specialty practices welcome
  • Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
