*Shift: *Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
*Salary based on 40 hours:* $1800/week Gross + Standard

*Job Type:* Travel Contract (13-weeks)
*Special Requirements:*
* Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
* System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and
windshield time.
* Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
* Oasis is required (candidate requires Oasis experience)
*Requirements:*
* 1 Year of Skilled Home Health Experience Required,
* BLS Certification,
* Occupational Therapy License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
