TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Colville, Washington, 99114 Pay Information $2,043 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1 year, First-time travelers are welcome as long as they have previous experience on a med-surg unit. License: Valid state or Compact RN license required at time of submission Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. Job Description: - Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours. - The registered nurse will primarily work in the Medical Surgical unit. - On-call is required 1 time per pay period. - Weekends are required every other weekend. - Block schedules are not required. - Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:6. - First-time traveler assignments are possible if previous experience on a med-surg unit is demonstrated. - The hospital is a critical access facility with no trauma center and a total of 25 staffed beds. - The facility utilizes Epic for charting. - COVID-19 vaccine is not required; flu vaccine status is unknown. - Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. - Non-billable modules may require an average of 16 hours to complete, with time self-reported and completion recorded in transcripts. - Compliance document deadline is the Monday prior to the start. - Candidates must list all requested time off or specific scheduling needs upfront during submittal.
