Evaluate swallowing and communication skills of patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Collaborate with other care teams to achieve the best outcomes for the patient.*Job Requirements: **Education: *Master's Degree from an accredited speech language pathology program*Experience: *Experience working directly with patients in a long term care or hospital setting preferred. Experience working in EPIC EMR preferred.*Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: *Current Speech Language Pathologist state license, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: *Possess documentation skills, have excellent verbal communication, provide satisfactory patient services, be a team player, Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide are appropriate to the age of the patients served.*About Lincoln Hospital and Clinics: *Lincoln Hospital and Clinics is located in Davenport, a rural community located in the rolling hills of Eastern Washington.
