Description This position is responsible for the supervision of
nursing and medical assistant (MA) care. Directs and manages the
clinical team members, workflows and patient care activities within
the clinic. Responsibilities include planning and directing
clinical services and other assigned programs; supervising
department personnel, leading and/or participating in ad hoc and
standing committee activities, guiding day-to-day activities
including patient flow, communication with patients, family and
physicians, assisting with patient concerns, budget development and
monitoring, controlling and evaluation of department activities.

- RN from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon
hire.
- 5 years of RN experience.
- 2 years of Leadership experience as a lead, supervisor, or
project management Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
- 1 year of Supervisory and planning experience. Why Join
