Job Description:
Description This position would be working 16 hours/week on
weekdays day shift. As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, the
Registered Nurse (RN) participates in the development of an
integrated plan of care and provides direct nursing care to our
frail elderly participants. The RN's responsibilities including
nursing assessments, care planning, interventions, medication
administration/management, treatments, nurse delegation and patient
teaching. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for
the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as
possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and

- Education sufficient for licensure
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30
days of hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 1 year Long term care or geriatric nursing
- 1 year Working with the frail and elderly Preferred
