Extremely low Nurse to patient ratio.
Very supportive nurse management team.
Duties include medication pass for 10 Residents and skin
checks.
Lots of time to focus on 1:1 activities and outdoor garden time
with Residents.
Required:
Less than 1 year of experience as an LTC RN.
