MultiCare Health System seeks a Clinic Pharmacist for a job in Spokane, Washington.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care services to patients, nurses, and physicians in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Job Description:**
The Clinic Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, interpreting IV admixture orders, and preparing primary IV/solutions. They will also manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations, supervise support personnel, and maintain accurate records.
**Responsibilities:**

• Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders
  
• Prepare primary IV/solutions and manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations
  
• Supervise support personnel and maintain accurate records
  
• Assist in the inspection of pharmaceutical supplies
  
• Provide safe and accurate pharmaceutical care services
  
  **Requirements:**
  
  • 
    
  • Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
    
  • Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
    
  • Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience in a setting similar to the work assignment

      We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $128,681.00 - $168,161.00 USD.
