Registered Nurse Specialist Job Description
Manage patient populations with chronic illness and/or multiple co-morbidities, working in coordination with multiple primary care physicians and serving as the central link to an identified population of patients.

• Manage patient populations with chronic illness and/or multiple co-morbidities.
  
• Work in coordination with multiple primary care physicians.
  
• Administer medications and IV solutions according to established standards and provider orders.
  
• Manage complex patients in an ambulatory setting.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Graduation from an approved, accredited school of Nursing.
    
  • Washington Registered Nurse License.
    
  • 2 years Work experience in an RN role.
    
  • Experience managing complex patients in an ambulatory setting.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
