Key Responsibilities
Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder
engagement and training
Manage activities such as change strategy, planning, and adoption
tracking
Conduct stakeholder and change impact analysis to share information
effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business
administration or organizational development
8+ years of experience in change management or project
management
Experience in establishing new organizational business units and
driving transformation
Prior experience in operations and transformation organizations
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple
priorities
